And an encouraging reminder for me to continue to do those "little things" with my own small children...even when I'm tired at night.Lisahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14643542809590522666noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-852038198572196516.post-56277204088755267412012-02-09T16:00:32.607-08:002012-02-09T16:00:32.607-08:00Beautifully written post of an extraordinary story...Beautifully written post of an extraordinary story of the little things! Thanks for sharing Bode's birthday greeting.

I like the way you describe yourself -- writer in waiting! I don't think you'll be waiting very long. I too am waiting. Mind if I borrow your "title" to describe myself?Sherrey Meyerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04715466245851050537noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-852038198572196516.post-68341235544951350602012-02-09T06:49:39.803-08:002012-02-09T06:49:39.803-08:00I so connected to what you are saying in this acco...I so connected to what you are saying in this account. It is humbling to go from the crowds to the duets but the beauty stands out like a solitaire diamond. It reminds me of what Jesus did and is recorded in Philippians 2. I have questioned this change of direction and your post humbled me once again...God is in the details...not a sparrow flies or falls without His knowledge! I am blessed to presently be a servant of small things that may have eternal blessings as your dear aunt!
Gratefully still in His service,
KathrynKathryn Leonardhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00970480249453614746noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-852038198572196516.post-40071640927753523062012-02-06T17:29:16.022-08:002012-02-06T17:29:16.022-08:00Beautiful post. Back in college when I was a new freshman someone asked me to play "You LIght up My Life" on the piano as they sang in a talent show. i asked the girl, "Who are you singing this to?" And she said, "Jesus."

That was the first time I had heard of someone expressing a personal love for Jesus and it touched my heart so much. About 18 months later I would accept Jesus myself. That moment, that one verbal exchange was a seed planted in me that combined with a lot of other ones that brought about great fruit in my life.Jane Hinrichshttp://janehinrichs.weebly.comnoreply@blogger.com
